Wintogeno Liniment contains Methyl Salicylate and Menthol, which work as counterirritants by creating a cooling sensation followed by warmth. This action distracts pain signals from muscles and joints, providing temporary relief from minor aches and pains due to overexertion, arthritis, sprains, or backache.
Apply a small amount to the affected area 2–3 times daily
Gently massage until absorbed
Do not apply on broken or irritated skin
Wash hands after use
Common:
Mild redness
Burning or stinging at the application site
Rare:
Allergic reaction (rash, swelling)
Skin irritation with prolonged use
Seek medical attention if any severe skin reaction occurs.
Avoid using Wintogeno along with:
Other topical medications or creams on the same area
Blood-thinning medications like warfarin (due to Methyl Salicylate)
Wintogeno is used to relieve:

Rheumatic or arthritic discomfort
Do not use on broken, damaged, or irritated skin

Do not bandage tightly after applying
