Tramal Plus combines two pain-relieving agents:
Tramadol: Alters how your body senses pain by acting on opioid receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin.

Usually 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed

Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation
Respiratory depression, dependence/addiction, liver damage (with overdose), seizures, serotonin syndrome (especially with other serotonergic drugs)
CNS depressants (e.g., benzodiazepines, alcohol): Increased sedation and risk of respiratory depression
MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, and SNRIs: Risk of serotonin syndrome
Other paracetamol-containing medications: Risk of liver toxicity
Anticonvulsants and antidepressants: May increase seizure risk

Combining with alcohol, sedatives, or sleep aids increases risk of drowsiness and breathing problems.
