How It Works

Paracetamol exerts its analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) effects by acting centrally in the brain. It is believed to work by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis or influencing cannabinoid receptors through its active metabolites, although its exact mechanism remains debated.
