Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID)
Brufen Syrup contains Ibuprofen, which reduces inflammation, pain, and fever by blocking the action of cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in prostaglandin synthesis — chemicals responsible for fever, swelling, and pain.
Children (as per weight/age): 5–10 mg/kg every 6–8 hours
Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
Always use the measuring cup or syringe provided, and follow your pediatrician’s dosage instructions.

Overdose may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, drowsiness, or even renal toxicity.
