Hydryllin Syrup works by combining the effects of its active ingredients:

Ammonium Chloride acts as an expectorant, thinning mucus and making it easier to cough up.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 15–30 ml three times a day.
Children 6–12 years: 15–30 ml three times a day.
Children under 6 years: Dosage should be determined by a physician.
Administration:
Shake the bottle well before use.
Use a measuring cup or spoon for accurate dosing.
Take orally, with or without food.

Hydryllin Syrup may interact with:

Do Not Use:
If you are allergic to aminophylline, diphenhydramine, or any other ingredient in this formulation.
In children under 2 years of age without medical supervision.
Avoid Alcohol:
Combining Hydryllin with alcohol may intensify drowsiness and central nervous system depression.
Sedative Effect:
Hydryllin contains diphenhydramine, which can cause significant drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery after taking it.
Heart Disease:
Use cautiously in patients with a history of arrhythmias, high blood pressure, or other cardiovascular issues, as aminophylline can increase heart rate.
Seizure Risk:
Theophylline derivatives like aminophylline may lower the seizure threshold—not recommended for patients with seizure disorders unless supervised by a doctor.
Elderly Patients:
May be more sensitive to side effects such as dizziness, confusion, and sedation.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
