Fefol Vit combines Ferrous Sulfate (iron) and Folic Acid with essential multivitamins to help the body produce healthy red blood cells, improve oxygen transport, and combat symptoms of iron deficiency such as fatigue and weakness. It supports increased nutritional demands during pregnancy, menstruation, and recovery from illness.
Adults (including pregnant women): 1 capsule daily or as advised by a doctor
Take after meals to reduce stomach upset
Swallow whole with water — do not chew or crush

Avoid taking Fefol Vit with:
Antacids or calcium supplements (reduce iron absorption)

Do not use Fefol Vit if you have:
Known hypersensitivity to any ingredient

Use cautiously in patients with GI ulcers or inflammatory bowel disease
Store away from children – accidental iron overdose is dangerous
Avoid taking with milk or high-calcium meals
Warning 1: Long-term excessive iron intake may cause toxicity
Warning 2: Can mask symptoms of other vitamin deficiencies
Warning 3: Iron-containing products are a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 — keep out of reach
