Used For: Pain relief, inflammation, and fever reduction; also used for blood thinning (anti-platelet)
Disprin contains acetylsalicylic acid, which belongs to the group of NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs). It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins—chemicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. It also prevents blood clot formation by inhibiting platelet aggregation.

Dose: As directed by a physician; typically 300-600mg every 4-6 hours as needed (not exceeding 4g per day)
